Like the wild berry it’s named for, Huckleberry Roasters brings depth, resilience, and a true sense of place.We share a commitment to ethical sourcing, local connection, and creating something meaningful through coffee. Founded by Fallon Kelley- an experienced event coordinator, barista, and wellness enthusiast. Traveling Light is built around the idea that coffee is more than just a drink. It’s a moment to slow down, connect, and feel grounded. Fallon’s background in hospitality, along with a lifelong love for yoga, mindfulness, and the outdoors, shapes everything from the vibe of the cart to the care behind each pour.Originally from Southwest Colorado, Fallon grew up surrounded by open skies and nature, and now brings that same calm presence to Denver’s fast-moving events, markets, and festival scene.

Easy Booking Process
The inquiry form takes just a minute or two. Once I have the basics, I’ll follow up with everything you need to know.When you're ready to finalize, I’ll send over an agreement and collect a deposit to lock in your date. Smooth and simple.On the day of your event, I will arrive early to set up and get everything flowing smoothly. Then it’s showtime! Coffee, connection, and your event looking its best.Once service wraps, I’ll quietly break things down and head out. Afterward, you’ll get an invoice for the remaining balance. That’s it! You just pulled off a beautiful, memorable event.
